Oh no! We're sorry that you want to return your order. You have 15 days from receipt to do so. The return costs are only 20% of the product price, with a minimum of €19.99, simply to cover transportation costs. If the goods have already left our warehouses and you wish to cancel your order, even though it has not been delivered yet, unfortunately, return fees will apply.

In case of withdrawal from the purchase and return by the consumer, Mue Mue offers the customer a period of 15 calendar days to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any reason. In this case, the consumer will pay the return costs of the product and any damages related to product returns, if present. Returns of ALREADY ASSEMBLED OR USED products are not accepted.
Returned products must be delivered in perfect condition, in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all their accessories. No spontaneous returns will be accepted without the agreement of muemue.com. If you wish to deliver the order by your own means, the amount you paid will be fully refunded.
