📍 Delivery address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
It is important that all details are accurate and complete, as Muemue is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

⚠️ Delivery attempts

If the recipient is absent, a second delivery attempt may be made, and the associated costs will be charged to the customer.

In case of repeated absence or delivery failure due to reasons beyond Muemue’s control:

• The company accepts no liability
• Any resulting costs may be charged

🔄 Change of address

If you request a change of delivery address and this implies a different delivery area, additional charges may apply.
These will be communicated in advance and must be accepted by the customer.

📦 Product availability

If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.

⏱️ Delivery times

• Items under 120 cm: 5 – 7 business days
• Large orders: 7 – 10 business days

📍 Delivery conditions

• Standard deliveries are made at the building entrance (kerbside)
• The carrier is not required to carry items inside or assist with handling
• Furniture is delivered unassembled

🔄 Return Policy

We’re sorry that you wish to return your order. Here’s how to proceed:

🕒 Return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

💸 Return costs

• 20% of the product price, with a minimum of €19.99, to cover transport costs.

🚚 Self-managed returns

You may also:

• Send the product back using a carrier of your choice

👉 In this case, no return fees will be charged

  • Used
• The product must be returned:
  • In perfect condition
  • In its original packaging
  • With all accessories included
• Prior authorization is required

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed:
  • Once the product has been received and inspected
• They will be issued using the original payment method
• Within a maximum of 15 days
