When the customer requests a change in the order regarding the change of delivery address, in those cases where the change of address involves a change of the point of sale that will make the delivery, may be charged the extra costs generated by such management, prior communication and acceptance by the customer.
In the event that the goods or services ordered are not available, we will inform you of this unavailability and we undertake to solve the problem as soon as possible.
The time to organise and prepare the package and the product depends on the type of furniture chosen, this time can be between 5 and 10 days after receiving the order.
 Our delivery times are 5 to 15 working days.
If we ship to the Canary Islands, the delivery time is a little longer, we extend it up to one month. But almost all of our items are in stock, so delivery times are usually shorter. It is very likely to arrive in 15 days, it all depends on the volume of the order. And the costs are variable depending on the amount.

All purchases to the Canary Islands, once registered (by entering your postcode in the customer area) will appear without taxes. It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay the IGIC, at dispatch, there are no other additional costs.
The shipments are at the entrance of the building, the carrier does not have to bring it up to the door of your home, or help the customer.
The furniture arrives disassembled, the assembly is not included in the price.

Yes, we offer assembly service, the cost depends on the amount of your purchase and the area code of the delivery, it starts from 99,99€.
To contract it and see the price please make a purchase and in the last step before payment, select Assembly. This service includes home delivery and assembly.
In the case of incidents in assemblies, only spare parts or problems, notified to the assembler before leaving your home, will be attended. That is why it is necessary to check the furniture and give conformity, when the assembly has finished.


In case of withdrawal of the purchase and return by the consumer, offers the customer within 14 calendar days to exercise his right to terminate the purchase contract without any reason. In this case, the consumer will pay the costs of returning the product and the damages related to returning the product, if any. We do not accept returns of ALREADY ASSEMBLED OR USED products.

The returned Product must be delivered in perfect condition, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE and complete with all its accessories. No spontaneous returns will be accepted without's agreement.

Refunds will be made once the goods have arrived at our warehouses and have been verified as arriving in good condition. Within a maximum period of 15 days from collection.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order, always refunding the full amount and notifying the customer.

Excluded from this jurisdiction are returns resulting from an error for which Muemue is responsible or from a product defect.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. There is a legal guarantee of conformity of goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees.

This request will be accepted, provided that at the time of receipt of the order the product has not started its manufacturing and customisation process (see jurisdiction explained in this same point). In the case of a contact by e-mail or other written means, the request is considered received the moment an employee reads the message, regardless of when the written message was sent.

Occasionally, the shipping company returns orders to our premises that could not be delivered because the recipient of the order was absent from the postal address indicated on the order, or the postal address was incorrectly indicated, and could not be contacted by any means. In such cases, our company will notify you of this incident in order to process a new shipment confirmed by the correct postal address. In the event that you do not respond to our notices, we will keep the package at our premises for a maximum period of 6 months. After this period, the package is destroyed.
